“THE TRUTH”

Breathe Acting Studio and Maurice Moore are looking to dig deep to find the TRUTH in your storytelling!!
This 8-week session will be the second in an on-going series of sessions throughout the year, specifically focused on diving deep into the essence of the artist to discovery the “truth” within the character.
Maurice specializes in identifying an actor’s instinctual talent, then pushing them beyond perceived limitations to build a strong, imaginative artist. Actors will explore characters, relationships, and story as well as dive deep inside themselves to explore what excites them to be storytellers.
Through intense scene work, film study, monologues & improvisation exercises, actors will open their minds to realism, creativity and use their imagination on their journey of discovery!
As a theater trained actor & filmmaker, Maurice’s teachings are influenced strongly by Stanislavsky, Meisner & Hagen. Actors are challenged to find and express their unique “voices” as they BREATHE life into each character!
