Breathe Acting Studio and Maurice Moore are digging deep to find the TRUTH!!
This 8-week session will focus specifically on deep diving into the essence of the actor, the character and the actor’s journey to discover the “truth” that lies within the characters objective.
Maurice specializes in identifying an actor’s instinctual talent, then pushing them beyond perceived limitations. Actors will explore their own personal truths, relate those to their connection to the character, which leads to a more honest and imaginative storyteller.
Through intense scene work, film study, monologues & improvisation exercises, actors will challenge their creative minds to step outside the box, think beyond and find their voice!
As a theater trained actor & filmmaker, Maurice’s teachings are influenced by Stanislavsky, Meisner & Hagen. Which has helped him develop his signature “Mo Method” technique.
This technique is the foundation for all of Breathe Acting Studios classes and its actors. Actors are encouraged to express their unique “voices” and BREATHE life into each MOment!
